At King’s Cross Church, our staff pastors, supported by lay pastors (elders) and staff, are dedicated to shepherding our congregation with Christ’s love. We focus on nurturing spiritual growth and providing support during life’s challenges. In times of bereavement, our pastors offer comfort to families and facilitate funeral services. For joyful occasions like marriages within our faith community, our pastors are delighted to officiate, celebrating these special moments with you.
The church organizes shepherding primarily through Community Groups, where each covenant member is assigned a specific staff or lay pastor for personal guidance and care. Members not part of a Community Group are also assigned a dedicated pastor to ensure everyone has a personal connection for support and spiritual growth.
Rooted in biblical teachings on seeking wise counsel, our pastoral team is available for life’s highs and lows. Whether you need prayer, a hospital visit, guidance through struggles, or a simple conversation over coffee, we are here to listen and point you to Jesus, whether you’re celebrating a new baby or facing a crisis.
